The new owners are very kind and the ice cream is very tasty.

The service was for -1 star, unfortunately does not work. The "guy" was extremely rude, we wanted to order 2 coffees and 2 pieces of apple strudel, while we ordered 2 coffees he was already on his way. When he brought the coffees, I ordered strudel, but he was already on the way again, although nothing was going on and there were a total of 5 people in the cafe, but he heard me. We didn't get any strudel. He didn't come again. The service has always been bad here, but we at least got the things we ordered, but now not even that.

Unfortunately, we noticed that the wait staff is not so strict about hygiene. She took the order, went to another table, took the used dishes with her and placed them at the counter. Then brought a cup of coffee to another table. Then some disinfectant liquid was sprayed on an unclean rag and wiped over several tables, rags put away ..... I got my drink and we were handed the note and a kulli to leave our data. In the meantime, the lady has distributed several ice cream sundaes after taking the waffles with her fingers from a container that is open to the street side. In our Malaga cup there was no Malaga ice cream here, too, waffle was touched with the fingers and put on the cream ... ..I didn't eat my ice cream due to the defects mentioned above, so I stayed with my drink. Again the dirty rag ... wiped several tables again. EC machine, cash, Kulli, drinks, waffles ... everything was touched by her several times in the workflow. And the whole thing without washing your hands once ... Thank you, but we don't want to be guests here again.

In my opinion, not a good ice cream in terms of taste. Ordered a brittle cup that was full of alcohol (I have no problem with alcohol but if you only taste alcohol I couldn't enjoy the ice cream) you can overdo it, plus the staff are not the nicest ...

The waitress comes to the table with a mask over her chin. Kindly ask you to wear the mask correctly. Bad answer. Service comes with the order. Mask still over the chin. Another request to wear the mask correctly. No reaction. When I ask about the boss in the café (the mask is not pulled over the nose there either), the answer I get was that the boss served me. The only thing left is to leave the locality without consumption and never come back.

Today I was very dissatisfied, unfortunately. In our current situation everyone is required to wear a mask. I fully understand all those who are burdened with it all day. If, however, nowadays I serve my ice cream without a mask and the young man rubbed his nose again before, then I'm pretty upset. In addition, he did not try to take our personal data off the table. That's why I took this piece of paper with me. Nobody stopped me.

Ice cream was delicious all seats were taken. When a table became free and we wanted to sit down with the ice cream we had bought, we were asked to leave. We got ice cream ourselves and not brought it from the waitress. Very rude

It was 9 p.m. There was no one outside at the tables. we ordered something and wanted to sit outside, but they said we ordered to take away and that it was not. What strange logic !! So we were disappointed twice with the milkshakes, banana milkshake and strawberry, tasted like chemistry like miller's milk!

Service comes only after request and is quite unfriendly. Speaks extremely indistinct and seems listless. Espresso and cappuccino very bitter. Dreadful. Probably too hot. Ice was good. Outdoor seating pleasant. For the quality of the coffee and the poor service too expensive.

Very tasty ice cream, nice service. The price is on average as with the other ice cream shops. Highly recommended is the blueberry ice cream, my personal favorite. But there are also extraordinary varieties. Located right in the heart of the city center and has plenty of seating and a toilet.

Eis cafe San Marco, is an ice cream parlour / shop. Located in central place. Was open even on a public holiday. Offer atleast 20 different varieties of ice creams. Must try is Tiramisu and dark chocolate. Cost: 1 scoope ice cream of any variety in a cone/waffle is 1 euro.
